7 Equalisation Fund Appropriation 2023 THE EQUALISATION FUND APPROPRIATION ACT, 2023 AN ACT of Parliament to authorize the issue of a sum of money out of the Equalisation Fund and its application towards the service of the year ending 30th June, 2023; to appropriate that sum for certain public basic services; and for connected purposes.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Kenya, as follows 1.
