Introduction

  • Provide the Owner with timely and accurate financial reports.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the Property and the Owner.

  • Obtain the Owner's prior written consent for any major repairs or improvements to the Property.

  • Provide the Owner with reasonable access to the Property.

Responsibilities of the Owner

The Owner agrees to:

  • Provide the Property Manager with all necessary information and documentation related to the Property.

  • Pay the Property Manager's fees and expenses as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage for the Property.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Cooperate with the Property Manager in the performance of the Services.

Fees and Expenses

The Property Manager will be compensated for the Services as follows:

  • Management Fee: [Percentage] of the gross rental income received from the Property.

  • Expenses: The Property Manager will be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in connection with the Services, including but not limited to:

Entire Agreement

Waiver

No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Amendments

This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both parties.

Binding Effect

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Confidentiality

The parties agree to hold confidential all information relating to the Property and the Services, except as required by law.

Representations and Warranties

Each party represents and warrants to the other party that it has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder.
