5. Compensation

5.1. Artist 1 and Artist 2 shall not be compensated for their work on the Project.

6. Credit and Attribution

6.1. Artist 1 and Artist 2 shall be credited as co-creators of the Project in all media and materials related to the Project.

6.2. Artist 1 and Artist 2 shall agree on the specific credit and attribution language to be used in all media and materials related to the Project.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Artist 1 and Artist 2 agree to keep confidential all information relating to the Project, including but not limited to the Project's concept, design, and development.

7.2. Artist 1 and Artist 2 agree not to disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

8. Termination

8.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party.

8.2. Upon termination of this Agreement, Artist 1 and Artist 2 shall cease all work on the Project.

8.3. Upon termination of this Agreement, Artist 1 and Artist 2 shall return to each other all materials relating to the Project.

8.4. Upon termination of this Agreement, Artist 1 and Artist 2 shall have no further rights or obligations to each other.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled amicably between the parties.

10.2. If the parties are unable to settle a dispute amicably, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995.

11. Entire Agreement

12. Severability

12.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

13.1. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom the waiver is sought.

14. Notices

14.1. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, or sent by overnight courier service, addressed as follows:

15. Binding Effect
